About

Aesthetic in service of intent.

/About

Sébastien Boulard. Director and cinematographer, now based in Melbourne after years shooting across France, Portugal and the Atlantic coast.

My work moves through culture, ocean, sport and beauty. Drawn to natural light, human movement and patient frames.

Before the camera, I spent several years in digital strategy alongside advertisers and brands, learning how briefs are born, how budgets are defended and how success is measured. That dual fluency comes with me on every set: I speak the language of film and the language of brands, and I translate one into the other.

I step in as director, DOP or both. From a three-person crew to a full production, on land or in the water.
